Contact Us
There is no account behind this free email generator, no support ticket system, and no phone queue — which means one honest, direct channel to reach a human: email. This page explains how to contact us, what to include so we can actually help, and what to expect back.
How to reach us
Write to us at the address below. Click it to reveal the full address (we keep it lightly hidden so automated scrapers don't harvest it):
The same channel is always one click away as the Feedback link in the footer of every page, so you never have to come back here to find it.
What to write about
A short, specific message reaches the right outcome fastest. The things people contact us about most:
- Reporting abuse. If someone is using a generated address to impersonate, defraud, or harass you or others, tell us — include the address or username involved and what happened. What we can act on, and how, is set out in the acceptable use policy.
- Privacy questions. Anything about what we store, for how long, or how to have something removed. The starting point is the privacy policy, but if it doesn't answer your case, ask.
- Bugs and problems. Mail that never arrived, an address a site rejected, something broken in your browser. Tell us the domain you were using and roughly when, and it helps us reproduce it.
- Feedback and ideas. A feature you wish existed, a page that reads badly, a language you would like to see. Small notes genuinely shape the service.
What to expect
We are a small, independent team, so replies are best-effort rather than instant — we read what comes in and answer what needs an answer. Abuse reports and anything that affects other people's safety go to the front of the line. Please write in English or Ukrainian where you can; we can usually work through other languages, but it is slower.
What we cannot do by email
A couple of limits are worth stating up front, so you don't wait on something that cannot come:
- We cannot recover expired mail. Once a generated inbox's retention window passes, the messages are gone and there is no backup to restore — copy anything you need before you close the tab. See how long generated emails last.
- We cannot reserve an address for you. Generated addresses are shared and public by design; there is no ownership to grant and no password to reset.
- We cannot read a message on your behalf. If an inbox is empty, the mail simply hasn't arrived — often because the sending site blocks generator domains. Trying a different domain usually fixes it.
